4. Do I need to pay gas fees to claim the giftboxes?
No, claiming giftboxes does not require any gas fees. The received giftboxes are temporarily stored off-chain, and gas fees are only required when withdrawing them to the blockchain.
5. Can I send giftboxes with any cryptocurrency?
Users can send giftboxes with any tokens supported by the BaoBao Protocol on the blockchain. However, if a specific blockchain is not supported by the BaoBao Protocol, giftboxes with tokens from that blockchain cannot be sent.
6. How can I withdraw the received giftboxes?
In the BaoBao bot, you can check your balance and initiate a withdrawal. After paying the gas fees, you can withdraw the received giftboxes to your Telegram wallet.
7. Which chains does this giftboxes tool support? What assets can be used?
Currently, it supports the BNB Chain andPolygon.

The assets from the claimed giftboxes are stored in the "BaoBao Balance," and can be withdrawn to your Web3Wallet at any time.

The giftboxes issued is valid for 24 hours. The amount from any unclaimed giftboxes will be returned to the "GiftBox Balance."
11. Can I directly transfer cryptocurrency from my Telegram Web3 Wallet to my BaoBao Balance?
Currently, direct transfers from the Telegram Web3 Wallet to your own Giftbox Balance are NOT supported.
12. Why is it that sometimes I can choose to pay the gas fee with BNB, and other times I can't?
When withdrawing USDT, USDC, BUSD, BNB, and BTCB from your BaoBao Balance to your Telegram Web3 Wallet, the gas fee must be paid in the same cryptocurrency being withdrawn.
13. What happens to my cryptocurrency if withdrawal fails? What should I do next?
No need to worry, your cryptocurrency remains within the contract and is not lost even if the withdrawal fails.
Simply transfer sufficient BNB to your Telegram Web3 Wallet to cover the gas fee and proceed with the withdrawal steps.
